Viavai is a platform for managing road alerts on the major online map services, Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps.

Through Viavai, users can monitor the status of submitted reports and check routes directly on the platform, using the integrated Google and Apple maps.

The platform also handles road closures automatically: it downloads them from the institutional website, processes them using artificial intelligence, and applies them to the map by generating a Waze CIFS feed, while still allowing users to refine and specify the affected roads.

Viavai also notifies users when urgent ordinances are pending publication.
